What is a TechnoCatholic?

The TechnoCatholic is a Catholic who engages with technology regularly.
They are programmers, engineers, chemists, scientists, system administrators, cyber analysts, and OSINT specialists who participate in sacraments
They are gamers, movie junkies, audiophiles, YouTubers, and aesthetic Pinterest board creators who love the sacramental beauty of reality.
They order their digital lives to the health of their mind, body, and soul but, most importantly, they do not despair of finding good in technology even when they fail.
The TechnoCatholic is an optimist, who sees technology as a gift of God.
The TechnoCatholic first response to technology is not fear at how it will be used for evil but optimism for how it can be used for good.
The TechnoCatholic craves the romanticism of ages past – the farm, the craftsman, the simplicity of rural life – but cannot shake the conviction that technology is beautiful, even when those around them do not see what they see.
TechnoCatholics are technology optimists, consumers, users, creators, and cultivators. But they are also Catholics who try to offer everything in their lives for the greater glory of God.

Most of all, the TechnoCatholic is a child of God who is in desperate need of His forgiveness; who without God can do no good and redeem no aspect of reality. We are helpless without Him.
